Anticipated Payment Schedule
**This is a non-refundable deposit. Should the minimum number of trip participants not be met, deposits will be returned. Should the trip be cancelled for any reason, refunds will be issued as contracts/service agreements allow.
Trip Cost/Payment Information
Estimated Trip Cost: $690-$730
Cost based on enrollment of 32 paying trip participants
All students desiring to travel with us this year are requested to register no later than October 1st. Registration by this date will help us determine the number of adult chaperone/traveler positions that can available.
Initial deposits for students ($125) may be made to Booster Club once all choir fees have been paid.
The price of the trip may increase or the trip may be cancelled if a minimum number of travelers is not met. Should the trip be cancelled for any reason, refunds will be issued as contracts/service agreements allow.
Should price increase above the estimated maximum, students will be given the option to withdraw from the trip with no monetary penalty.
