All-StatE Choir Camp Information
Universities all over the state offer summer camps to help students prepare for All-State Auditions. The information provided below will be updated as we receive information for 2019. Some camps have already opened registration and have already begun to fill up. We highly recommend that students considering a music major in college choose a camp offered at a school they are interested in attending. This opportunity will allow students to get to know music faculty and spend time in dorms and on campus.
All camps offer a similar curriculum to prepare students for the all-state process but some offer more elective enrichment choices and social activities. If you choose to attend camp in the DFW area you can save a significant amount of money by commuting, however, you will miss many of the social activities associated with camp. For those looking for a recommendation our favorite (and often most popular) camps are: Cougar Choir Camp at The University of Houston, Baylor Choir Camp, TCU Choir Camp, UT-Arlington Choir Camp, and the University of Texas at San Antonio Choir Camp.
When two prices are listed the first is the commuter price and the second the resident price. Some websites have not yet been updated for the summer of 2020.
