Trip Payment Information
Payments can be made via check to the Centennial Choir Booster Club (CCBC) or via PayPal using CHARMS. If you would like to make the first payment via Paypal please return the contract and SEND MR. COOLEY AN EMAIL so that you can be added to the trip and the payment made available in CHARMS. You will be added to the trip when both the payment and the contract are received. Please see the travel contract for Payment and Refund Schedule. 

Many of the events and activities in which your student will 
participate must be paid in advance. Should a student need to withdraw from the trip for any reason, refunds will be based on the schedule above.

General Information
The Choir of Centennial travels annually to engage in performance, competition, and expose students to historical and cultural events as part of our effort to provide a well rounded educational experience in our program.

Student Registration
ALL students enrolled in the CHS Choral Department are eligible for travel on this trip. This year’s trip will include a public performance. Students participating in this year’s trip must be prepared to attend a select number of additional rehearsals in the Spring Semester to assist us with preparing for this event. 
       
To register, students should return a completed trip contract [click here] and a deposit of $125 (non-refundable). In order to maintain the advertised cost we must fill a minimum of 30 slots on the airplane. Due to the limited availability of seating on the aircraft, we are only able to accommodate 48 student participants on this year’s trip.  All students desiring to travel with us this year should be registered no later than October 12th. Should we reach capacity on our trip we will create a waiting list in the order that payments are received. In the event that a travel place does not become available on the trip, students on the waiting list will have deposits refunded.  
 
Chaperones
There will be a limited number of reduced cost chaperone packages available for this trip. In an effort to provide an opportunity for as many students as possible adult travel will be limited to those needed to support the students. If you are interested in being a chaperone for this trip please apply via the link on the right. Chaperones will be announced after October 15th.
 
Loss of Student Travel Privileges
Payment of travel fees does not guarantee the student right to travel. Please note that consistent discipline problems in school (both in and out of choir) may result in the loss of travel privileges. Any flagrant offense of school or district policy will result in the loss of travel privileges. Students must maintain academic eligibility in order to engage in travel per our states no pass, no play policy. Students who fail the 5th Six Weeks Report Card will not be permitted to Travel. Students who lose travel privileges for any reason will be refunded at the rate corresponding to their loss of travel privileges in the travel contract.
